Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
However, a right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if a specific date or period for the performance of the contract by us is contractually stipulated.
This applies in particular to bookings of guided tours, courses, training, workshops, or other events that take place on a specifically stated date or within a specifically stated period.
This means that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services booked accordingly.
Note on Rebooking and Cancellation
Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal, the contractual rebooking or cancellation conditions, which we have set out in our General Terms and Conditions, apply to the services booked with us.
